Our story

We didn't start with a pitch deck. We started with a phone that wouldn't stop ringing.

Squadre was built inside a company that runs dozens of short-term rental apartments in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem — a small team, hundreds of guests a month, and every channel you can think of.

Guests wrote on Airbnb, Booking, WhatsApp and email. Cleaners got messages in group chats. Owners asked what was going on. It all worked — until someone was on holiday, or a message came in at midnight.

So we built ourselves a system. First one inbox for every conversation, with a simple rule: a conversation is unanswered until someone answers. Then a check-in engine, a checkout engine, a heads-up to the cleaner the moment a unit is vacated. Then agents — reading everything, drafting, opening tasks and learning from every correction.

Every flow on this site ran for us before it reached you. Every rule — "no form, no codes", "a human edit beats the agent", "no channel fails silently" — came from a real mistake we didn't want to repeat.

Squadre is that same system, open to any business: every customer in a separate, isolated account, none of our data inside, and the same approach — the system does the repetitive work, people make the calls.
