Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Squadre service (the "Service") by the business that opened an account (the "Customer") and the users acting on its behalf. Opening an account or using the Service means you accept these terms.
1. The Service
Squadre is a cloud system for managing customer conversations, AI agents, tasks, analytics and hospitality automations. It is provided as a subscription based on the products the Customer selects.
2. Accounts and users
The Customer is responsible for accurate details, keeping passwords confidential and every action taken in the account. The Customer may invite users and set their permissions, and is responsible for their use of the Service.
3. Trial, subscription and payment
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires selecting products and a valid payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
Prices are published on the pricing page, exclude VAT and other taxes, and may change with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel at any time from settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; no pro-rated refunds are given unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
The Customer will use the Service in line with all applicable laws and the policies of connected channel providers (including Meta, WhatsApp and PMS systems). Among other things, you may not:
- Send marketing messages without the consent required by law
- Send bulk messages or spam through linked numbers
- Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content
- Attempt to bypass security controls or account isolation
6. Third-party channels and providers
The Service connects to third-party services. Their availability, policies and changes are outside our control. A block or restriction of a number or account by a third party is not a breach of these terms by us.
7. Artificial intelligence
AI agents suggest drafts, classifications and actions. The Customer sets the level of autonomy and is responsible for content sent on its behalf. Model output may contain mistakes and should be reviewed according to the sensitivity of the action.
8. Data and ownership
Data the Customer uploads or that is collected for it belongs to the Customer. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the privacy policy. All rights in Squadre's software, design and trademarks are reserved.
9. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the Customer paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the Service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
