Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

Draft — to be reviewed by counsel before publication. This document is not legal advice and may change.

This policy explains what data Squadre collects, why, and what rights you have. For your business's customer data, you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your behalf.

1. What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone, business name and billing details.

Service data: conversations, contacts, reservations, tasks and events you connect or create — including message content from connected channels.

Technical usage data: logs, browser type and in-app actions, for security and improvement.

Website enquiries: details you leave in the contact form, including the traffic source (UTM). IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash.

2. How we use data

Only to provide and improve the Service:

  • Showing conversations and sending messages on your behalf
  • Running the agents and automations you choose
  • Billing, support and account communication
  • Security, fraud prevention and legal compliance

3. Artificial intelligence

To run the agents, conversation excerpts are sent to our model provider (Anthropic) for real-time processing. We don't use your data to train models, and under the provider's terms neither do they.

4. Sharing with third parties

We don't sell data. We share it only with sub-processors required for the Service (cloud hosting, channel providers, payment processing, AI models), under confidentiality and security commitments, or when the law requires it.

5. Security

Channel tokens are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted, and every business is fully isolated from every other. More on the security page.

6. Retention and deletion

Service data is kept while the account is active. After an account is closed, data is kept for 30 days for recovery and then deleted, except what we must retain by law (such as invoice records).

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export and request deletion of your data. Account owners can do this from settings or by contacting us. If you're a customer of a business that uses Squadre, contact that business first — it controls your data.

8. Cookies

The site and app use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie for sign-in and a language cookie. The Squadre analytics pixel that businesses install on their own sites is first-party and doesn't use third-party cookies.

9. Contact
